Description✓English Teacher required in Barnsley
✓We are working with a school in Barnsley that requires an English Teacher to start in September on a long term basis.
✓The role is full time and will be teaching KS3 and KS4 English
✓Key aspects of the role include strong behaviour management within the classroom and general high behaviour expectations and standards as a whole.
✓The successful candidate will have:
✓* The ability to teach English at KS3 & KS4
✓* Right to work in the UK
✓* An up to date DBS on the Update Service [or be willing to submit a new application]
✓* Relevant degree or completed a subject knowledge enhancement course
✓* Have Qualified Teacher Status [or equivalent]
✓* Embrace any recent current changes to the curriculum
✓* Have the ability to inspire and engage students in lessons
✓* Collaborate and work with key leaders across school to support further school improvement
