Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners? Vision for Education is delighted to announce that we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Assistants to join our team!
Due to recent growth, Vision for Education are looking to recruit a number of EYFS Nursery Practitioners and Assistants for a number of roles, including day to day supply, long term roles and permanent roles, for immediate or September starts
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children during their early years
You will support the Nursery team in delivering engaging activities, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of each child

Requirements
You must be willing to apply for or already hold a DBS on the Update Service and be able to provide relevant professional references.
Qualifications: Possess a relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field, such as a CACHE Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
Experience: Prior experience working in a nursery, early years setting, or a similar childcare environment is highly desirable
Experience with children aged 0-5 years old is particularly valuable.
Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage [EYFS]: Familiarity with the EYFS framework and its principles, including understanding the different areas of learning and development.
Safeguarding and Child Protection: A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
The ability to listen attentively, express ideas clearly, and adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
Creativity and Resourcefulness: Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across different areas, such as physical, cognitive, social, and emotional.
Patience and Empathy: A caring and nurturing approach towards children, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide individualized support.
Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment, responding to the needs of children and the nursery as a whole.
