We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our dynamic team.
You will have the exciting opportunity to inspire and guide our youngest learners through their early educational journey
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing a rich and stimulating environment, and fostering the social, emotional, and academic development of each child
Working collaboratively with our experienced EYFS team, you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates each child's unique abilities and interests.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that meet the needs of each child within the Early Years Foundation Stage [EYFS] framework.
Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic development.
Provide a balance of child-initiated and adult-led activities, encouraging active learning through play and exploration.
Observe and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for further development and tailoring teaching approaches accordingly.
Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and engaging them in their child's learning journey.
Collaborate with the EYFS team to plan and organise special events, outings, and celebrations that enrich the curriculum.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour, respect, and cooperation.
Stay up to date with current educational practices and attend relevant professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Teacher Status [QTS] and relevant teaching qualifications, with a focus on Early Years education.
Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum framework and assessment practices.
Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Creative and innovative teaching approaches, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of each child.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively plan and manage classroom resources.Benefits:
