✓You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing a rich and stimulating environment, and fostering the social, emotional, and academic development of each child
✓Working collaboratively with our experienced EYFS team, you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates each child's unique abilities and interests.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Plan and deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that meet the needs of each child within the Early Years Foundation Stage [EYFS] framework.
✓Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic development.
✓Provide a balance of child-initiated and adult-led activities, encouraging active learning through play and exploration.
✓Observe and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for further development and tailoring teaching approaches accordingly.
✓Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and engaging them in their child's learning journey.
✓Collaborate with the EYFS team to plan and organise special events, outings, and celebrations that enrich the curriculum.
✓Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour, respect, and cooperation.
✓Stay up to date with current educational practices and attend relevant professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:
✓Qualified Teacher Status [QTS] and relevant teaching qualifications, with a focus on Early Years education.
✓Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
✓Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum framework and assessment practices.
✓Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
✓Creative and innovative teaching approaches, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
✓Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of each child.
