We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities and Events Manager
The role of Facilities and Events Manager is a very important one within the business
We are looking for a highly motivated/organised individual with the ability to communicate on all levels.
As a Facilities and Events Manager, your key responsibilities will include;
Managing a team to ensure that the smooth day to day running of the business
Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Working closely with and supporting the senior leadership in the smooth day to day running of the business
Developing and maintaining relationships with our suppliers and overseeing contracts
Arranging, planning and coordinating our company events
Traveling to different TeacherActive branches when required
Communicating event information
Ensuring that invitation, confirmation, and ticketing correspondence is processed accurately, professionally and in a timely fashion so that all participants are provided with relevant details to ensure success
Maintaining accurate pre and post event data
Managing office leases and overseeing any office moves
Helping out with office management tasks when required
Minute taking

Flexibility and ability to multi-task
Good leadership qualities
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work well with others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a professional and confident telephone manner
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team but can also work alone
Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word
