✓The role of Facilities and Events Manager is a very important one within the business
✓We are looking for a highly motivated/organised individual with the ability to communicate on all levels.
✓As a Facilities and Events Manager, your key responsibilities will include;
✓Managing a team to ensure that the smooth day to day running of the business
✓Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
✓Working closely with and supporting the senior leadership in the smooth day to day running of the business
✓Developing and maintaining relationships with our suppliers and overseeing contracts
✓Arranging, planning and coordinating our company events
✓Traveling to different TeacherActive branches when required
✓Communicating event information
✓Ensuring that invitation, confirmation, and ticketing correspondence is processed accurately, professionally and in a timely fashion so that all participants are provided with relevant details to ensure success
✓Maintaining accurate pre and post event data
✓Managing office leases and overseeing any office moves
✓Helping out with office management tasks when required
✓Minute taking

✓Essential knowledge, skills & abilities;
✓Flexibility and ability to multi-task
✓Good leadership qualities
✓Excellent time management skills
✓Ability to work well with others
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Must have a professional and confident telephone manner
✓Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team but can also work alone
✓Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word
