✓Responsibilities:
✓Deliver engaging and interactive Food Technology lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles, ensuring every student is motivated and challenged.
✓Create and implement a stimulating curriculum that covers a wide array of topics, including food hygiene, culinary techniques, nutrition, and food science.
✓Demonstrate practical skills through hands-on cooking sessions, guiding students through various recipes and culinary experiments.
✓Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' practical work, projects, and written assignments, supporting their individual progress and development.
✓Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and collaboration among students.Requirements:
✓Qualified teacher status [QTS] or equivalent, with a specialization in Food Technology or a related field.
✓Relevant academic qualifications in Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline.
✓Proven experience teaching Food Technology or a related subject at the secondary school level.
✓Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements within the Food Technology domain.
✓Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons.
