Functional Skills Tutor
Description✓A Functional Skills Maths and/ or English Tutor is required for an excellent Post 16 Autism Provision in the Sunderland area
✓You will deliver Maths and/ or English lessons to Post 16 across two sites that are based in Sunderland and Newcastle
✓This is a part time role and will begin in September and last for one term
✓The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
✓The ideal candidate would:
✓* Have good classroom management skills
✓* Have a passion for teaching Maths and English
✓* Have excellent subject knowledge
✓* Be able to organise themselves
✓* Be able to plan effective, engaging Maths and English lessons.
✓We are keen to hear from both experienced teachers or ECTs.
✓To apply for a teaching position with Premier Teachers you must hold QTS or QTLS.
✓In addition, you must:
✓• Provide two referees we can contact
✓• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
