✓REESON Education are recruiting for an enthusiastic and confident Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a fabulous Team in one of our West London partner schools
✓The role will be on an ongoing basis until the end of the school year
✓For the right candidate, there may be the possibility of being asked to return to the school for a second year.
✓The role will consist of working as support to the class teacher with day - to - day activities as well as some 1-1 work and taking some intervention groups
✓Children are exceptionally well behaved at the school and the standards of achievement are above the national average.
✓As the dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant for the class, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in ensuring children reach their full potential
✓You will supervise lunch and play breaks alongside lesson time, organise activities and assist with the decoration of the classroom
✓You will also meet regularly with the SENDCO, and Class Teacher to discuss progress and plans of action to support improvement in any pupils with SEN.
✓The ideal candidate will have some previous experience either as a Graduate Teaching Assistant or voluntary work experience supporting children or adults
✓The school is also keen to hear from recent Graduates who may have relevant voluntary work experience [particularly with vulnerable people] and who are interested in pursuing a career within education.
✓Interviews can be arranged ASAP for the successful Graduate Teaching Assistant applicants and rates of pay can be negotiated based on experience
