✓We are working with an education provider in the Manchester area who are looking for an HGV & Light Vehicle Maintenance Trainer/Assessor
✓This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time and permanent position at a longstanding and reputable education provider.
✓The role would involve you delivering training to Light Vehicle Maintenance and Heavy Vehicle Maintenance apprentices [up to level 3] at the education provider's main training centre in Manchester, and also travel out to automotive workplaces in the Manchester area in order to assess the apprentices' vocational skills in the workplace.
✓The starting salary for this position is up to £35,000 p/a, which would also include a pension, business mileage expenses, and 25 days paid holiday [plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays].
✓To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
✓-An Automotive qualification
✓-Experience of Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
✓-12 months experience of working in an education environment
✓Please note that the education provider would be able to put you through a teaching qualification and assessor award on the job if you do not already have these.
