Inclusion Officer

DescriptionWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Inclusion Officer to join our team in secondary schools across North and East London
As a Inclusion officer, you will play a key role in supporting students in challenging schools acoss east London.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and helping to create a positive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management, promoting positive behaviour and attitudes towards learning
* Providing support to individual students or small groups of students who need extra help
* Monitoring and assessing student progress and providing feedback to the teacher
* Liaising with parents and carers and attending meetings as required
Requirements:
* Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
* A good understanding of the National Curriculum and teaching methods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient and positive approach to working with children
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Qualifications:
* Experience in Challenging Schools
* GCSEs grades 9 to 4 [A* to C] in English and Maths or equivalent
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field is also a plus.
