Inclusion Officer
Description✓We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Inclusion Officer to join our team in secondary schools across North and East London
✓As a Inclusion officer, you will play a key role in supporting students in challenging schools acoss east London.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Supporting the teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and helping to create a positive learning environment
✓* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management, promoting positive behaviour and attitudes towards learning
✓* Providing support to individual students or small groups of students who need extra help
✓* Monitoring and assessing student progress and providing feedback to the teacher
✓* Liaising with parents and carers and attending meetings as required
✓Requirements:
✓* Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
✓* A good understanding of the National Curriculum and teaching methods
✓* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓* A patient and positive approach to working with children
✓* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
✓* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
✓Qualifications:
✓* Experience in Challenging Schools
✓* GCSEs grades 9 to 4 [A* to C] in English and Maths or equivalent
✓* A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field is also a plus.
