✓This is a full-time, long-term position
✓As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and personal development of their KS2 students
✓The school are looking for the right candidate with a sporty background
✓Responsibilities:
✓Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 2 students.
✓Support individual and small group activities, ensuring that all students are actively participating and making progress.
✓Provide additional support to students with special educational needs and disabilities [SEND], utilizing your previous SEND experience.
✓Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting the social and emotional well-being of all students.
✓Utilise your sport coaching background to facilitate physical education and extracurricular activities.Requirements:
✓Previous experience as a KS2 Teaching Assistant is desirable.
✓Hold a valid DBS certificate registered on the update service.
✓Right to work in the UK.
✓Possess a background in sport coaching, enabling you to engage and motivate students in physical activities.
✓Demonstrated experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities [SEND].
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
