✓Are you a qualified and experienced Secondary Teacher currently looking for new role?
✓GSL Education South Yorkshire are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic key stage 4 teacher for Physical Education to undertake a position at one of our client Secondary schools
✓The School is looking for someone who can start ASAP.
✓A dynamic and committed Physical Education Teacher is required to teach PE and Games throughout the school
✓The ability to teach across a wide range of sports is desirable as well as a strong interest
✓Ability to teach examined PE would also be advantageous.
✓About the Secondary Teaching role:
✓Within the context of the school's curriculum and schemes of work, plan and teach lessons to the classes they are assigned to teach
✓Possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of students as a PE Teacher.
✓Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high in PE.
✓Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the school’s policies, practices and procedures in such a way as to support the school’s values, ethos and vision
✓Be an enthusiastic towards physical education, highly motivated individual who leads by example.

✓About the Candidate:
✓Be a qualified Secondary Teacher / Key Stage 4 [ideally with PGCE, GTP, B'ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS]
✓Must have previous experience as a Physical Education Teacher in a Secondary School
✓Understanding of teaching, learning and assessment strategies
✓Will collaborate within the PE team to contribute to the department's success
✓Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behavior management strategies.
✓Must have an enhanced child workforce DBS or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education
