✓Requirements:
✓Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
✓Possession of a valid DBS [Disclosure and Barring Service] certificate on the update service
✓A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
✓Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
✓Relevant qualifications in education or related fields [desirable, but not essential]Responsibilities: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the academic and personal success of students in our school
✓Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
✓Providing individual and group support to students with diverse learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
✓Assisting teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting materials as necessary to meet the needs of students
✓Encouraging student engagement and participation in classroom activities
✓Monitoring and recording student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required
✓Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans [IEPs] and other educational interventions
