Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
Possession of a valid DBS [Disclosure and Barring Service] certificate on the update service
A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
Relevant qualifications in education or related fields [desirable, but not essential]Responsibilities: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the academic and personal success of students in our school
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Providing individual and group support to students with diverse learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
Assisting teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting materials as necessary to meet the needs of students
Encouraging student engagement and participation in classroom activities
Monitoring and recording student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required
Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans [IEPs] and other educational interventions
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic growth of all studentsWhy Join Us:
