✓The School and Role
✓ABC Teachers are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Learning Supprt Assistant to work within a lovely SEND school on a small group and 1:1 basis
✓You will be working with primary pupils all who have an EHCP, where you will be tailoring learning to suit the children’s individual needs.
✓The role will be starting in September 2023 and will be on a full time, ongoing basis with the potential to turn permanent for the right candidate
✓The school are also recruiting for staff on a part time basis for other roles too.
✓The school creates a supportive and positive atmosphere, where the staff team who do all they can to meet the needs of the children
✓It is a community feel at the school, and they adopt a child-centred approach to everything they do to provide the best education they can for the students.
✓Requirements
✓The successful Learning Support Assistant will;
✓Have experience working within an SEND setting with children or adults.
✓Be adaptable and committed.
✓Have excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
✓*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
