✓Responsibilities:

✓Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive in

✓Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3-5 in a nursery setting

✓Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
✓*
✓Monitor and record children's progress and development
✓*
✓Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being of each child
✓*
✓Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery
✓*
✓Follow all health and safety regulations
✓Skills:
✓*
✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
✓*
✓Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
✓*
✓Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment
✓*
✓Patience, empathy, and understanding towards children's needs
✓*
✓Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
✓*
✓Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors effectively
✓Note: Relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent are preferred
✓Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
