✓Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive math lessons to students in line with the curriculum guidelines.
✓Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and active engagement in mathematics.
✓Utilise a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
✓Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement.
✓Identify and address individual learning needs, providing additional support where necessary.
✓Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and administrators to create an effective and cohesive educational experience for students.
✓Stay updated with the latest developments in math education and employ innovative teaching techniques to enhance student learning.
✓Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.Qualifications and experience:
✓Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field [Master's degree preferred].
✓Qualified Teacher Status [QTS] or equivalent teaching certification.
✓Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.
✓Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
✓Passion for mathematics and a genuine desire to inspire students to excel in the subject.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
✓Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
