✓Requirements:
✓Level 3 qualification in childcare [or equivalent]
✓Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage [EYFS] framework
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Ability to work effectively as part of a team
✓Current DBS [Disclosure and Barring Service] clearance or happy to complete a DBS
✓Nursery Nurse responsibilities:
✓Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in your care
✓Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and updating parents/caregivers regularly
✓Support children's personal, social, and emotional development through positive interactions and role modelling
✓Work closely with parents/caregivers, providing regular feedback on their child's development and offering guidance on fostering a supportive learning environment at home
✓Participate in daily activities such as Yoga sessions, Forest School and music and movement sessions
