Description✓Create Education is currently looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join an exceptional special needs school in Hackney
✓The position will be to start immediately on a full-time basis.
✓Role of an occupational therapy assistant:
✓* Working alongside other occupational therapists, therapy assistants, speech and language therapists and special needs teaching assistants
✓* Supporting and offering therapy to children with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs
✓* Supporting with assessments and providing interventions
✓* Assisting and contributing to the wider therapy team
✓Requirements of an occupational therapy assistant:
✓* Ideally holds a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or experience in a similar role
✓* Experience working with children with autism and complex needs
