✓SANZA are currently recruiting Early career teachers for some of the most interesting schools in the borough of Wandsworth
✓Several of these head teachers have contacted SANZA asking specifically for ECTS so we are calling out for newly trained teachers to respond to this advert.

✓ECT placements last for 2 years and are a massive commitment from both the school and the candidate
✓ECT's are given allocated PPA time during the school week whereby the school has to cover classes internally to free up timer for Planning and preparation
✓This is a long term contract with potential for a permanent position on the team available for the right candidates
✓You will have the responsibilities of a long term class teacher [lesson planning, report writing, parent teacher evenings]
✓You will be part of the school community, unique to each individual school
