✓Effective Classroom Management: The successful candidate should have excellent classroom management skills, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes a love of learning and mutual respect among students.
✓Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues is essential
✓The ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including children with English as an Additional Language [EAL], is highly valued
