Quality Administrator

✓Metalis is working with a market leading manufacturer within the Oil & Gas industry who are looking for a Quality Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
✓The successful Quality Administrator will positively contribute to the performance of the quality department with primary duties related to the control and compilation of incoming and outgoing documentation.
✓Duties of the Quality Administrator:
✓Ensuring standards of quality and workmanship to BS EN ISO 9001 are met at all times
✓Managing incoming supplier documentation through internal control systems
✓Reviewing incoming supplier certification against internal/customer specifications
✓Liaising with suppliers to provide pre-manufacture documentation to the customer
✓Tracking responses to documentation issues and liaising with the supplier/customer
✓Reviewing internal certification
✓Recording and creating Quality Notifications for internal issues and for concessions to be sent to the customer
✓Controlling document rejection internally and with suppliers
✓Preparing and submitting quality documentation packages to the customer
✓Authorising internal documents: POs, serialisation details, etc.
✓Effectively using ERP system
✓Experience of the Quality Administrator:
✓Accuracy and attention to detail
✓Methodical working
✓Work on own initiative
✓Good communication skills
✓Problem solving
✓Competent in the use of typical software packages such as Word and Excel
✓Quality/Certification administration experience
✓Auditing experience preferable
