Our client is centered around providing an inclusive and supportive environment for students with Special Educational Needs [SEN]
They  believe in the potential and unique abilities of every student, and their aim is to empower them to thrive and achieve their full potential.
As an SEN HLTA, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs, providing one-on-one or small group support within the classroom
You will collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement personalized learning plans, adapt materials, and provide assistance to enable students to reach their full potential.
A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs

At least 6 months experience working with children with SEMH is essential

Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students

Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents

Basic understanding of different SEN conditions and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
