✓Our client is centered around providing an inclusive and supportive environment for students with Special Educational Needs [SEN]
✓They believe in the potential and unique abilities of every student, and their aim is to empower them to thrive and achieve their full potential.
✓As an SEN HLTA, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs, providing one-on-one or small group support within the classroom
✓You will collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement personalized learning plans, adapt materials, and provide assistance to enable students to reach their full potential.
✓A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs
✓At least 6 months experience working with children with SEMH is essential
✓Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students
✓Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents
✓Basic understanding of different SEN conditions and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
✓Level 3 Teaching Assistant
