✓We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN/SEMH HLTA to work with our team
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties to achieve their full potential.
✓Responsibilities
✓Providing tailored academic and pastoral support for students with SEN/SEMH needs, both in and out of the classroom
✓Developing and delivering interventions to promote students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
✓Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students
✓Qualifications
✓Hold relevant qualifications at Level 4 or above, such as HLTA status, a degree in Education, or equivalent experience
✓Have experience of working with students with SEN/SEMH needs, and a good understanding of relevant strategies and interventions
✓Be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✓All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay
