✓We are urgently seeking a passionate, fully qualified teacher to work within an all-boys special school to the east of Birmingham
✓
✓The role
✓Teaching KS3 students with English, Mathematics, Science and other key subjects
✓They are currently operating at a KS2 level and therefore we are welcoming Primary and Secondary qualified teachers to apply.
✓Forging strong relationships with students by operating on a child first approach
✓
✓This is a full-time role, initially on a supply basis, with permanent opportunitiespossibly becomingavailable for the right candidate.

✓A primary and KS3 all boys' special school to the east of Birmingham’s city centre.
✓All students who attend have a Statement of Special Educational Need or an Education and Health Care Plan [EHCP]

✓The school operates a whole school curriculum model that provides natural progression towards full participation within the National Curriculum framework, with programmes designed for and implemented at an appropriate level.
✓Requirements
✓To be considered for the Learning Support Assistant position, you will:
✓It is essential that you haveQualified Teacher Status [QTS]
✓
✓Other qualifications to work with young people and support students with SEND is not essential but desirable.
✓Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build a rapport with students and staff alike.
✓Be able to successfully work as part of a team and be confident to work independently and deal withbehavioural challenges.
