Description✓SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA
✓September Start
✓£65-£110 a day
✓8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday
✓Are you an experienced and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant?
✓Do you want to make the difference in the lives of young people with SEND?
✓TeacherActive are on the lookout for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants / TA’s to provide one to one support for pupils with SEND in a variety of fantastic SEND schools across the Liverpool Area.
✓ As a Teaching Assistant / TA your role will involve developing and enriching the learning of pupils so the perfect candidate should be experienced in supporting pupils with SEND.
✓To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will have:
✓• A minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment
✓• Knowledge of working with pupils with PMLD, SLD, ASC, EBD and challenging behaviour.
✓• A calm, patient, and caring persona
✓• Good communication skills
✓• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
✓• Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
✓As a SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA, through TeacherActive you will receive:
