✓Ideal candidates must feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour from students with a range of additional SEND and be able to show a calm and engaging approach
✓Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential, but a willingness to learn new coaching skills to improve behaviour and development is critical

✓Supporting SEND students at all age ranges and attainment levels
✓Ability to engage and support pupils across activities and learning
✓Supporting in both group work and 1:1 support
