Our schools are looking for Youth Support Workers that have experience in coaching, mentoring, and lending assistance in classroom settings
Ideal candidates must feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour from students with a range of additional SEND and be able to show a calm and engaging approach
Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential, but a willingness to learn new coaching skills to improve behaviour and development is critical
Job Responsibilities
Supporting SEND students at all age ranges and attainment levels
Ability to engage and support pupils across activities and learning
Supporting in both group work and 1:1 support
