✓This Pupil Referral Unit is looking for a strong Sports Teaching Assistant to join their school on a long-term basis
✓This role will include two elements to it, part of your day will be classroom based helping the students with their academic studies as some of the students will be working towards their GCSEs and the other part will be to assist the PE Teacher to deliver and help the students during sporting activities
✓The ideal Sports Teaching Assistant for this role must have a sporting background and be academically able.
✓Pupil Referral Unit
✓This Pupil Referral Unit in located in Southwark and caters for students aged between 11-16 years who have been removed from a mainstream school on a temporary or permanent basis due to their behaviour and attendance
✓They currently have 80 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in 2018, they were reviewed as 'GOOD' in all areas.
