Strodes College have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and dynamic candidate to join our team of educators on a Part-time 0.4 basis as a Teacher of English & Classical Civilisation to deliver high quality teaching and academic support to enable our learners to reach their full potential in A Level Classics and English Literature.

Teacher of English & Classical Civilisation
As a Teacher of English & Classical Civilisation, you will provide effective delivery of a teaching programme within the areas of competence paying due regard of student progression towards successful and value-added completion.
You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs, monitoring and evaluating student progression and practice
A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction- giving effective guidance and helping them make the most of their futures.
The successful candidate will possess an appropriate degree and an endorsed teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards this
You will also have recent experience and knowledge of recent developments in the teaching of A Level English and Maths.
The base location for this role will be our Strodes College site but travel will be required to our other campuses across the college group
