✓The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will need.
✓- Evidence of level 2 qualification or above
✓- Demonstrate a good level of Maths and English and apply this to the classroom.
✓- Experience in Key Stage 2
✓- Confident to get stuck in and make a difference to the whole classroom.
✓- Good curriculum knowledge, and experience leading pupils through curriculum areas.
✓- Strength in classroom management with a positive disposition.
