Description✓Job Title: Teaching Assistant [Special Educational Needs]
✓Location: Hackney, London
✓Salary: £90 - £110 per day
✓Contract: Full-time [term-time only]
✓Our client, a reputable school in Hackney [N16], is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work with children who have Special Educational Needs [SEN]
✓The successful candidate will provide support to the class teacher and work one-to-one with SEN children to maximise their learning potential.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Working closely with the class teacher to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of SEN children
✓Supporting SEN children on a one-to-one basis, providing guidance, encouragement, and assistance as appropriate
✓Providing classroom support, including the preparation of resources and materials, and the maintenance of a safe and stimulating learning environment
✓Collaborating with parents, carers, and specialist professionals to ensure that the specific needs of each SEN child are met
