Teaching Assistant
Description✓Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Primary Teaching Assistant to work with an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary school near Highgate to join their support staff team
✓The school is a very multi-cultural, vibrant and positive place that provides a safe and welcoming environment.
✓Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide support for a child with SEN in a Year 3 class
✓The child does not have any physical or significant needs, so the ideal candidate does not necessarily need to have experience working with SEN pupils.
✓The role includes supporting the child in class and motivating/ encouraging them
✓It will be on a 1-1 basis within the classroom and is more of a learning support role.
✓This Teaching Assistant role is to start after May Half Term and will continue until the end of the academic year
✓The position is full time and there is permanent opportunity if successful.
✓Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
✓Minimum Level 2 Qualification
✓Experience supporting children with SEN desirable, not required
✓Motivating and encouraging the pupil
✓Provide an engaging learning environment
✓Support with learning and development
✓No personal care involved
✓Commitment to the role
✓Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant you will receive:
