✓Immediate StartWhat will be your role working as a Teaching Assistant?
✓Working closely with parents and reporting back on pupils' progress
✓Preparing the classroom, ready for the school day
✓Working with children on a 1:1 basis as well as in small groups
✓Providing personal care
✓Observing children's behaviourI am looking for resilient and caring Teaching Assistants who are looking for a new adventure and interested in the idea of working with children with special needs
✓As an SEN TA you will working with various complex needs, within a SEN School.
✓This position will be working in a Primary SEN Class who will be specifically supporting learners with Moderate Learning Difficulties and Severe Learning Difficulties
✓Some of these children will be high functioning and able, in addition to working closely to the national curriculum
✓Some of which won't be working at national curriculum levels and could be non-verbal and communicate through PECS or Makaton.
✓Working in an SEN School is a highly rewarding job and is a great way to obtain experience if you are interested in becoming a teacher later down the line.

✓As a company we are working closely within an SEN School that specialised in working with children that have complex needs, and are looking for Health care assistant/SEN TAs to join their team
✓This school is rated good by Ofsted and there are approximately 150 students within the school
