Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons, catering to the unique needs and abilities of Year 2 students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect, kindness, and collaboration among students.
Foster a love for learning by using innovative teaching methods, resources, and activities.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to support students' progress and development.
Encourage students to take responsibility for their learning and foster independence.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status [QTS] and relevant experience teaching in a primary school, preferably in Year 2.
A genuine passion for education and a deep commitment to the well-being and success of every child.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
Strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Demonstrated ability to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
