As an Early Career Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in our school's mission to provide a welcoming, safe, secure, and fun learning environment for our students
Working closely with parents/carers, as well as other support agencies, you will contribute to the holistic development of our pupils, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons to either a Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 class
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting equal opportunities and celebrating diversity
Create and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their individual development.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver an engaging curriculum that aligns with national standards and the school's ethos.
Communicate effectively with parents/carers, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries.Requirements:
Completion of the Early Career Framework [ECF].
A genuine passion for teaching and making a positive impact on children's lives
Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
The ability to adapt teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs of students from different backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time and resources
