✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Deliver engaging and effective lessons to either a Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 class
✓Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting equal opportunities and celebrating diversity
✓Create and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.
✓Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their individual development.
✓Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver an engaging curriculum that aligns with national standards and the school's ethos.
✓Communicate effectively with parents/carers, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries.Requirements:
✓Completion of the Early Career Framework [ECF].

✓Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum.
