Year 4 Teaching Assistant
Description✓We are currently looking for an accomplished Teaching Assistant to join our Year 4 team at a reputable primary school in Camden
✓This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and progress of our students.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Collaborate with the Year 4 teacher to ensure optimal access to the curriculum and facilitate students' advancement.
✓Deliver targeted interventions and conduct small group activities to support individual learning needs.
✓Foster a secure and positive classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
✓Employ your initiative to enhance teaching practices and encourage student engagement
✓Requirements:
✓Demonstrable experience working within a primary school environment.
✓Comprehensive knowledge of the national curriculum.
✓Proven ability to utilize your initiative to support effective teaching and learning.
✓Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to varying classroom situations.
✓Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues
