✓Year 6 Teacher Literacy Lead - about the role:
✓As the successful Year 6 Teacher Literacy Lead you will be required to;
✓- Assess, monitor and plan effectively to ensure excellent SATs results in reading and maths respectively.
✓- Drive excellence throughout the school and help shape the School Development Plan and Self Evaluation Form.
✓- Manage and lead colleagues through target setting, monitor performance and training.
✓- Shape and improve the whole-school curriculum around global learning and geography.
✓- Continue to support the school to achieve a grade of 'Outstanding'
✓- Ensure children make accelerated progress every year and exceed given targets
✓- Mentor three successful student teacher graduates.
✓Interviews are to be held ASAP - if successfull, the start date will be on Monday 4th September.

✓Two form entry primary school situated close to Dalston Kingsland station
✓This lovely newly built primary school were recently reviewed as "good" in all areas of their latest Ofsted and are oversubscribed leading into the new academic year.
✓The children are a joy to be around their behaviour is managed excellently and there is a high amount of respect between the pupils, teachers and parents
