✓We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to a forward-thinking SEMH school supporting pupils with SEMH and Behaviour Difficulties
✓For this Youth Worker role you will be working with pupils offering 1:1 support outside of the classroom
✓Due to the nature of the role you must have strong behaviour management skills and able to adapt to any situation
✓Team Teach training is desirable but not essential
✓To be a successful Youth Worker you must be able to build a positive rapport with the pupils you are working with and able to hit the ground running.
