2x Electronics engineer - Mid + Senior
Description✓Role: 2x electronics engineers
✓Location: Shepton Mallet, Somerset - commutable from Bath and Bristol
✓Salary: £ 34,000 £60,000
✓Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
✓" A degree in Electronic Engineering [equivalent qualifications or experience will be considered]
✓" Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics
✓" Ability to follow a design through the full design process
✓" Basic understanding of analogue electronics
✓" Familiar with hardware debugging
✓" Strong debugging skills
✓Primary responsibilities will include:
✓" Running small projects as project lead
✓" Creating new electronic designs using schematic capture and PCB design tools
✓" Using appropriate simulation tools to verify design solutions
✓" Undertaking prototyping and testing of designs
✓" Ensuring designs are fully documented
✓" Helping the production team to debug faulty boards
✓" Helping the Technical Team with the build and repair of general hardware modules
✓" Identifying, researching and sourcing appropriate electronic components
✓You will be working a 38 hour week and start between 8am-9am, Monday to Friday Finish between 4.30pm-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 2.30pm Friday
