Account Manager
Description✓My client are well-established within the Electronics Manufacturing market and are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join their sales team based in Huntingdon.
✓The Account Manager, Huntingdon, will report into the Commercial Manager and will develop solid long-term relationships with assigned customers by fully understanding their requirements
✓This role will also contribute to support growth of the business by maximising sales opportunities and achieving sales targets.
✓Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager, based in Huntingdon will include:
✓Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
✓Participate in negotiating contracts and agreements to optimise profit.
✓Engage with new / potential customers and provide solutions / proposals to meet the needs of both parties.
✓Provide forecasts and track key account metrics i.E., Revenue, profit, OTIF delivery.
✓Ensure internal MRP system is maintained and up to date with customer requirements.
✓Provide customers with updates on delivery and build statuses.
✓Compile and provide quotations based on specific customer needs.
✓Understanding the fast-paced environment in which electronics customers operate and the need for quick response times
✓The Account Manager, based in Huntingdon will ideally have:
✓Experience of working within a CEM or EMS or have proven experience with an Electronic related business.
✓Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
