A great job opportunity for a Customer Service Associate - German Speaking to join my client, based in Oxford who will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service to clients.
The Customer Service Associate - German Speaking job will include:
Scheduling and amending of orders on internal systems
Answering customers questions on business processes and products
Liaising with customers via telephone and email from account creation, order placement and receipt of goods.
Ensuring KPI's on the customer service experience and customer satisfaction are met
Key skills and experience for the Customer Service Associate - German Speaking job is:
Strong background in administration or similar roles
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Great communicator with a good telephone manner
Being fluent in German is essential for this role
