✓The Customer Service Associate - German Speaking job will include:
✓Scheduling and amending of orders on internal systems
✓Answering customers questions on business processes and products
✓Liaising with customers via telephone and email from account creation, order placement and receipt of goods.
✓Ensuring KPI's on the customer service experience and customer satisfaction are met
✓Key skills and experience for the Customer Service Associate - German Speaking job is:
✓Strong background in administration or similar roles
✓Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
✓Great communicator with a good telephone manner
✓Being fluent in German is essential for this role
