✓Job Description
✓The successful Electrician will be responsible for areas including [but not limited to]:
✓* Electrical works for renewable energy and heating installations, primarily in domestic settings, for Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV installations, and EV charging points.
✓* First and Second Fix Electrical Installations, primarily in domestic settings around York
✓* Carrying out NICEIC electrical installation condition reports [EICR]
✓* Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
✓The Successful Applicant
✓The successful Electrician will be able to demonstrate:
✓Essential
✓* Good problem-solving skills
✓* Good communication and interpersonal skills
✓* Full clean UK driving licence
✓* Previous and demonstrable experience installing solar panels and / or roofing experience, with relevant qualifications
✓* 18th Edition
✓* City & Guilds 2391- Inspecting & Testing [or equivalent]
✓* City & Guilds 2392 - Part P
✓Desirable
✓* Experience in heating systems
✓* Solar PV Installation Qualification
✓* Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installation Qualification
✓* Experience in EV Installations
✓* Experience in the renewable energy sector and/or working on roofs within the construction industry is highly desirable
✓Behavioural Skills
