Description✓Electronic Assembly Technician
✓Knaresborough, permanent position, overtime available, Immediate start
✓Confident Electronic Assembly Technician required for a permanent position with expanding company
✓May suit a graduate looking for their first role or someone with experience in a similar position looking for a change.
✓As the Electronic Assembly Technician you will:
✓Work from drawings to assemble, solder, and modify printed circuit boards to customer specifications
✓Undertake both SMT and through-hole and hand soldering of components
✓Carrying out a visual inspection and basic testing of products reworking when required
✓As the Electronic Assembly Technician you will:
✓Have confident knowledge of the Electronic assembly process for both SMT and conventional build.
✓Ideally, be IPC trained however this is not essential as the company will send the right person to gain accreditation.
✓Have the ability to solder SMT and conventional components
✓Be able to read and interpret assembly drawings
✓Be confident to work alone with a "can-do" attitude
✓Have a fine eye for detail and manual dexterity.
✓Be a team player with the ability to communicate.
✓Have confident PC skills
