Description✓Electronic Manufacturing Supervisor
✓Lead role, £27-28k, Knaresborough area, permanent role, progression available
✓Exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronic operator, Inspector or test and repair technician to undertake a supervisory role in a growing design, development and manufacturing business
✓Ideally you will have some experience of leading and training small teams and be passionate about the electronics industry
✓The role of Electronic Manufacturing Supervisor :
✓* Overseeing a team of electronic assembly staff
✓* Ensuring production targets are met
✓* Undertaking quality control activities, testing, fault-finding, and rework on finished product if required
✓* Assisting with the prototyping and test of new products
✓* filling route cards
✓* Training staff
✓The person:
✓* Hold a relevant Electronics qualification and be IPC certified [training and certification can be arranged ]
✓* Experience in SMT and conventional electronic assembly is required
✓* Be familiar with working to high quality standards in particular any experience of ISO 9001:2015, IATF and Medical standards would be of great interest
✓* Have a problem-solving aptitude with communication skills
✓* Be methodical and have an eye for detail
