✓Key Responsibilities for the Electronics Technician:
✓Record all customer failures and conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause.
✓Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
✓Maintain records and documentation related to customer complaints and returns.
✓Report investigation findings and recommendations.
✓Support the maintenance of process documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
✓Collaborate with other departments and support their activities as required.
✓Qualifications and Experience for the Electronics Technician:
✓Basic electronics qualification is essential.
✓Proficiency in English language [written and spoken].
✓Computer literacy, including knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
✓Desirable: Experience in soldering/electronics assembly.
✓Desirable: Minimum of 2 years' experience in an electronics environment.
