Embedded Engineer
Description✓My client, mid-sized manufacturing company for the leisure industry, is looking for an Embedded Engineer to join their small R&D team with opportunity for expansion.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Embedded firmware and hardware design for both existing and new products
✓Be a point of knowledge for electronic technical queries in the company
✓Mentoring engineers and junior/graduate level colleagues
✓Ensure product meets the relevant standards
✓Researching new potential technologyKnowledge, skills and abilities
✓HND/Degree in relevant engineering field
✓Schematic and PCB design
✓C programming in embedded systems
✓Experience with bus systems [preferably LIN]
✓EMC design
✓Experience with PIC and STM32 ecosystemsBeneficial Experience:
✓C++
✓Unit testing
✓3D CAD design
✓CAN bus
✓HMI developmentCredentials:
✓Team player, both leading and contributing to teams
✓Demonstrable success in development of new electronic products
✓Results orientated
