ERC Workshop Supervisor
Description✓Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an ERC Workshop Supervisor based in Milton Keynes for a well-established Automation company.

✓Salary: £40,000 - £46,000
✓Location: Milton Keynes
✓Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
✓Hours: 39 hour working week
✓The role…
✓As the ERC Workshop Supervisor your role will involve the following important duties:
✓Supervise the manufacture and repair of electrical automation products.
✓Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the ERC repair staff and administrators.
✓Manage WIP to prioritise customer repair orders.
✓Monitor and ensure that the workshop KPI's goals are met.
✓Collate, edit and then submit detailed fault reports for end customers.
✓Ensure repair staff and the workshop complies to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
✓The experience required…
✓As a successful ERC Workshop Supervisor, you will have the following:
✓Previous supervisor experience within a workshop environment.
✓Excellent working knowledge of Electrical Repair Centre [ERC].
✓Knowledge and experience of working to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
✓Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
✓Good IT skills.
