✓Salary: £39,000 - £56,500 [DOE] + Pension + Annual Bonus + Relocation Package + Holidays + Benefits

✓Days: Monday - Friday
✓Lead Electronics Engineer required for a well-established electronics manufacturer who are market leaders in their industry
✓They boast a global presence and are a brand associated with quality
✓This is a varied role with a high level of autonomy/responsibility
✓This is a leadership position that will involve designing and developing electronic solutions, facilitating New Product Introduction [NPI] for high technology products
✓Main Responsibilities:
✓*Tackling issues early on using various established problem-solving techniques to get to the root-cause [including writing 8D reports where appropriate].
✓*Work with Product Management to push the boundaries of what new products can be achieved, and guiding what is possible within given timeframes.
✓*Ensure product designs can be tested reliably at a component and system level.
✓*Establish close relationships with external suppliers and third-party subject matter experts, to ensure the adoption of the latest technology.
✓*Work closely with other disciplines within engineering and operations, to ensure the products perform to the expected level or safety, quality, and reliability
✓Experience required:
✓*Bachelor or Master's Degree [or equivalent] in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
✓*Understanding of electronic design [both analogue and high-speed digital].
✓*Previous experience in a multi-discipline design environment
✓*Experience applying electronics design principals to one or more electronics products.
✓*Some Project Management experience
✓*Have a good comprehension of product development processes with ability to make improvement recommendations
✓*Strong communication skills - excellent written and spoken English.
