✓Oversee and direct the installation of building systems.

✓Describe the upkeep and operation procedures.

✓Control spending and plan ahead within a budget.

✓Work with minute plans, drawings, and diagrams.

✓Using CAD software, design systems.
✓*
✓Keep an eye on building operations and systems.
✓*
✓Communicate with other experts, including internal project teams, structural engineers, builders, and surveyors.

✓Participate in technical and project meetings.
✓*
✓Ensure that the design and upkeep of building systems adhere to legal, hygienic, and safety standards.
