Description✓We are seeking an experienced Panel Wirer to join our client team
✓You will be responsible for the physical assembly, wiring and testing of control panels.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓*
✓Control panel layouts
✓*
✓Cable selection, sizing, and terminating
✓*
✓Building, wiring and commissioning control panels
✓*
✓Familiar with wiring PLC & motor control systems
✓*
✓Reading circuit diagrams,Testing panels, Ordering standard panel wiring materials
✓*
✓Recognition of various machine sensors
✓*
✓Cable wiring systems around the machine
✓*
✓Good fault-finding skills
✓You should have strong attention to detail, be able to work with minimal supervision and have good communication skills
✓This role requires working to tight deadlines, so you must be able to manage your time well.
✓Required Experience
✓* A willing and quick learner driven & motivated by new challenges
✓* Suitable electrical, apprenticeship qualifications
✓*
✓Electrical inspection & testing
✓* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
✓* Knowledge mechanical systems & basic fitting skills
✓* Competent using portable & power tools & small workshop machines, driller etc
✓* Apprentice trained
✓Layout & building electrical control panels including PLC, motors, inverter /servo drives
✓* Wiring special purpose machines control systems
✓* Fitting & site Installation experience
✓* Conversant with electrical drawings
✓* Ability to make decisions based upon the information available to continue the
✓* build
✓* Able to prioritise several projects at once and meet deadlines
✓* Deliver results
✓* Maintain records to ISO 9001 during the machine build
✓Desirable Skills:

✓Electrical inspection & testing
✓*
✓Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
