✓The PCB Production Engineer work scope entails producing production planning, risk assessments, supervision of technicians and engineering support for assembly, wiring and test activities on a variety of electrical and electronic assemblies, including reactor in-core inspection and safety circuit equipment

✓Roles & Responsibilities
✓Reporting to the PCB Production Engineer, you will be responsible for:
✓· Design and manufacture support of in-house test boxes required for test activities, to minimise errors and improve efficiency and safety
✓· Creation of production planning / SAP Routing, detailing assembly, inspection and test activities
✓· Supporting technicians in undertaking the assembly and wiring of analogue PCBs, small electronic modules, boxes, units and electrical / electronic control and indication panels and cubicles.
✓· Support for on-machine wiring of electrical and electronic devices, including cable management and termination.
✓· Fault investigation and repair of analogue PCBs [discrete through-hole components and ICs] using bench meters, oscilloscopes and other test equipment.
✓· Producing detailed investigation and fault reports, including identification of root causes.
✓· Monitoring of adherence to and signed completion of written operations on production planning, within a BS EN ISO 9001 quality system, including identifying any variances and taking further action.
✓· Liaising with technicians, production and design engineers, project managers and management and monitoring
✓Skills & Qualifications
✓We are looking for someone with the following:
✓· A degree level education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, i.e., HNC/HND
✓· Relevant experience in a Production / Assembly / Test environment
✓· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRP Software [SAP preferred]
✓· Knowledge of IPC standards
✓· Able to obtain SC level security clearance
