PRU Teaching Assistant

DescriptionAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for: Provide the necessary support to learners within a Secondary environment, with a focus on strong communication, interaction and learning
Understanding Social, Emotional and Mental Health, Sensory and Physical Needs
Working 1-1 or within small groups and being their key worker
Adapting your approaching to suit individuals learning capability's and competency.
You may have been working in a social care or residential setting for at least 12 months and hold a relevant qualification to support this
A knowledge of school curriculum would be advantageous or a desire to learn more about this to support your time in the classroom
The schools I am working with really care about their students and staff and have many facilities to help their young people
They want you to feel comfortable and supported supporting their strong work ethic and ethos
